Basic Cables Learn the basics of how to cable while making a mug cozy with two striking cabled designs! |

Basic Hat Take this class if you want to learn to knit in the round. You'll make a basic stocking cap and learn to use double-pointed needles (DPNs). |

Basic Socks Learn the basics of sock construction in this class. You'll knit a pair of house socks with worsted weight yarn, and afterward you can knit any sock pattern! |

Advanced Cables Sure, you've knit basic cables before. Take it to the next level and learn how to knit a complex Celtic cable while also learning how to cable without a needle. |

Entrelac Scarf One of our all-time most popular classes. Learn to make what looks like a woven fabric, using just two needles, one yarn, and basic techniques. You'll learn to pick up stitches, and a couple different ways to increase and decrease. |

2-at-a-Time Socks If you have lonely socks languishing in your project bags or boxes, it might be time to look into doing two socks at once. Learn the Magic Loop method and how to knit two socks at a time from the cuff down, and bid farewell to Second Sock Syndrome! |

Baby Surprise Jacket It's baaaaaaa-aaaack! Knit up Elizabeth Zimmerman's now-classic cardigan for a special little someone. It looks like an amoeba, but seams into a simple, no-fuss sweater. Class is run over 3 sessions, with an optional 4th session to add i-cord edging and a collar or hood (optional session registration costs an add'l $5). |

You'll learn how to get the most out of the pattern search, how to use the "yarn" tab to substitute yarn when the suggested yarn for a project isn't available, and much more! |

Class policies Payment is due at time of registration. Registration may be made online, by phone, or in person. If you are unable to attend a class,your registration fee will be returned in store credit that may be used for another class or for merchandise. If a class, once started, isn't a good fit, we're happy to extend a credit for another, more appropriate class. We enjoy having kids visit our shop while you are shopping, but ask that they not accompany you for an entire class period. |
